I had my other 2 classes for the first time today. Computer Graphics is all Photoshop (with some integration of Illustrator at the end) and while I mostly want to kill PS, the teacher's a good one and I'm really tuned into his teaching style. He's also one of my favorite teachers. And then...I get to see him for the next class, Materials & Props, which is all hands-on stuff. We'll be doing basic stuff and working up to making actual sets. I'm with that teacher a whopping 9 hours and half the class is in both too, so I'm seeing a whole lot of the same people.

I wish my teacher would stop talking about my "prowess" at computer rendering (Illustrator) in front of the classes. I really suck at it! I don't think I'm all that good and I don't want to disappoint. I rather be seen as "junk" and then come out and surprise everyone. On the one hand, it's nice he's showing support or whatever and encouragement, but on the other hand, argh!

I have an assignment to make a collage describing the story of our life. Since I've already done the assignment, those of us who have get to do a collage about our ALTER EGO. So I need help gathering crazy ideas!

So far, my alter ego is an exotic dancer with a legion of stuffed fuzzy baby geese, a panini-chef on the side, and an aspiring pilot for a pikachu plane (yes it exists, just like the hello kitty one). I don't think this is enough images, though, so more crazy ideas would be cool. I'm debating throwing in gnomes in just for the hell of it. IDEAS ARE WELCOME!!!

HOT news: Joss Whedon is coming out with a new show!!!! It's called Dollhouse and stars Eliza Dushku! I'm so excited! *squee* I can't seem to link to the url but just search for it on youtube! The trailer can be found there.

It premieres January 2009 so it's still a ways away but it is something to look forward to!

I've uploaded maybe half of my spring break 2007 photos of the places I traveled in Europe. There's still Roma, Athens, Santorini, and Crete left. No Hawaii photos, but there should hopefully be some of San Francisco up after that.

I'm trying to find more activities to do around the city now, though. Mostly theatre things and I'm looking into doing some volunteering. Maybe I can find more photo opportunities. I know there is an art installation of heart sculptures around the city. There's 17+ so I want to try to find all of them! That's my new mission right there!
